People always comment on how demanding it is to work in a professional kitchen, but that passion, commitment and hard work pales in comparison to the people who farm for a living. It is a true labor of love to raise or grow food that we bring to the kitchen and share with our guests. While the spring and summer harvests are going full force we would like to offer the farmers we work with a small respite to meet our guests and share with them the rewards of all of their labor. The Harvest Dinners are an opportunity for us to work even more closely with those farmers and to celebrate the place where their work ends and ours begins. We hope that you will join us in welcoming these farmers and sharing a meal with them.
